Meet us

We love going to Jen's family cabin.  The great thing is the family cabin is less than an hour away from where we live.  We enjoy canoeing, hiking, swimming in the reservoir, going on the Rhino, and of course all the family time at the cabin.  We love playing games, having campfires, having picnics, and looking for wild animals.

We love to travel when we are able to.  Since we have gotten married just over a year ago; we have traveled to Las Vegas and to California two times.  We have gone to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, multiple beaches, Ocean kayaking, seen seals up close and more.

When we aren't traveling we love to continue doing things: we've gone to the Tim McGraw Concert, Jazz games, Grizzles game, Raptors, the ballet, out to eat a lot.  We enjoy babysitting our nieces and nephews.  We love spending time baking together.  We really love life and being married. We were both raised as members of The Church Of Jesus Chris Of Latter Day Saints.  We have strong testimonies of what we believe in and plan to raise our family the same.

Ben has a degree in History and a professional teaching license in Special Education.  Ben is a Special Education teacher in a self contained behavior unit.  Ben currently teaches K-2nd graders.  Ben loves teaching his students.  Often times Ben is out playing games with the students at recess such as hide and seek and red light green light.

Ben was secretary of Elders Quorum in our church.  I taught 6-7 years old children in our church until recently.

Jen got her degree in Family Studies with a minor in Education.  She has been a secretary at an office for the last several years.  Jen loves to stay busy in what ever she does for a living.  If she ever went back for an additional degree it would be in Severe Special Education.  Jen believes in living life to its fullest!
